When in doubt, a bear market and dystopian encroaching surveillance nation states, I remember that I am not alone. Layoffs, OG projects sunsetting, the brain and investment drain to AI is hard felt. It’s rough out there.
Over the years, our meetups, ETHDam and now Common S3nse became the place for people like me, who want more freedom, and who believe that through censorship resistant cryptocurrencies, we can actually offer an alternative to fiat, move around SWIFT and make deals with no overlords. We embrace a free internet, with p2p electronic cash, with everything that entails, we want the Good the Bad and the Mamdani. (The Fall of Rome will be televised.)
Last week, I opened up our Volunteer Application form… and it made me tear me up. People who care, will travel and dedicate their time to help me over a few days to make Cypherpunk Week, DashCon and Common S3nse a success for all our guests.
